He was predeceased by: his wife Ann Sloggett Muse; his siblings, Frank Rogers Muse and Wanda Lewis Muse Putman; and his parents, Elzie Grant Muse and Mary Moore Abramson.
He is survived by: his children, David Seth (Becca), William Brian (Iryna), Joy Lynn Brown (Jason) and Michael Grant; his grandchildren, Julia, Vera, Max, Will and Ben; and his sister Joni Rhodes (Ralph).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the David Muse Mathematics Endowed Scholarship at the University of North Alabama will be greatly welcomed and appreciated by the family.
