“I worked with Don at EPA in NC in the 70s and at TVA in Muscle Shoals in the 80s. I have never worked with a more dedicated, faithful employee. He epitomized the work ethic. In addition, he cared for people, especially his family. My family and I have had little contact with Don and his family over the past few years but whenever we did he spoke highly of his family. He loved them dearly. May they have the blessing of God's peaceful spirit in this difficult time is our prayer.”
