He was predeceased by: his grandmother Norma Wilson; and his uncle Dwight Ward. He is survived by: his parents, Shannon Clark and Patrick Clark; his grandparents, Gerald and Paulette Clark; his sisters, Julie Clark and Katie Clark; his stepsiblings, Bryce Gautney and Brynna Gautney; his uncle W. L.; his aunt Lisa Neas; and his cousins, Pete, Beth Dziubla, Mollie Roberts, Rachel Mawyer, Charlotte Ward, Emily Ward Hayes and Rachel Ward.
