He was predeceased by: his son Steven Mark Berry; his grandson Coleman Smith Berry; his parents, Ray Berry and Aileen M. Berry; his parents-in-law, Aaron and Christine Smith; and his brother-in-law Ronny Olive.
He is survived by: his wife Gaye Smith Berry; his son Lee Smith Berry; his daughter-in-law Casey Berry; his grandchildren, Abbey Berry and Lee Smith Berry Jr.; and his siblings-in-law, Billy, Sherry Smith and Faye Smith Olive.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to St Jude Children's Research Hospital or Le Bonheur Children's Hospital Foundation in Dickie's.
