He is survived by: his wife Linda Matthews Lewis; his children, Jeffrey Lewis (Amber), Tommy Lewis (Christine) and Tracey Baker (Ronnie); his brother Owen Lewis (Mary Lou); his sister-in-law Janie Luke; his grandchildren, Tara Brown, Tiffany Tucker, Leslie Mathis (Justin), Allison Lewis, Jonathan Lewis (Lydia), Madison Shadwick (Isaiah), Caleb Lewis, Stephen Lewis, Haleigh Lewis and Joshua Lewis; and his great grandchildren, Jaxon Brown, Linkin Brown, Rowyn Mathis, Wake Mathis, Jacey Tucker, Quinnlyn Casey and Judah Lewis. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
