He is survived by: his parents, Dennis Victory and Jaylynn Victory; his sons, Jacob Hunter Victory (Danielle), Kaleb Walker Victory (Christina) and Brian Austin Simmons (Katelyn); his brother Jamie Victory (Sophia Love); his grandchildren, Campbell Simmons and Cooper Simmons; his nephew Joshua Pigg; and his pet Max.

A memorial service was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Jones Freewill Baptist Church (3957 Co Rd 24, Florence, AL 35633).
