We announce the death of JoAnne Marks Brown of Florence, Alabama, who passed away on August 3, 2026, at the age of 60. She was predeceased by: her husband Joey Brown; her close friend Keith Jones; and her parents, Sally Mae Goode Swanner and Jimmy Marks. She is survived by: her daughters, Candice McRae (Donald Garrison), Jada Mittag (Jamie), Ryder Franklin and Menelle Garrison; her siblings, Dale Marks, Madison Marks (Karen) and Kendria Brown; her grandchildren, Isaiah Powers (Katie), Isabella Powers, Isaac Watkins, Goodman, Gabriel Goodman and Cayden Levi Brown; and her great grandchildren, Isaiah and Isabella. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
