He was predeceased by: his parents, John Royal Bevis and Mildred Bevis (Zahnd); and his cousin Linda Gail Koonce. He is survived by: his half-brother Bob Spears (Kim); his nephew Drake Spears; his niece Bayleigh Spears; his daughter Laura Bevis Hope; his close friend Jim Troebliger; and his pet Jackson.
