He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Nevins and Ola Van Nevins. He is survived by: his daughters, Bonnie Elizabeth Dibble (Scott Dibble), Merry Ann Herald (Jeff Herald) and Katherine Nevins Moore (Fletcher Moore); his grandchildren, Scottie, Merry Kathryn, Jon Austin, Luke, Brooks, Sawyer, Robin, Sailor and Satchel; his sister Merry Helen Hedges; and his wife Robin Bowman Nevins.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 5th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the First Christian Church of Florence (700 N Wood Ave, Florence, AL 35630). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 5th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
