She was predeceased by: her husband Larry "Buck" Buckmon; her son James Riggs; and her parents, Betty Hall and W. T. Clemmons. She is survived by: her children, Deborah Hamm, Morris Clemmons, Doris Clemmons Shaneyfelt, Marie Carter and Milo; her siblings, Margaret Glaze, Betty Miller, Darlene Higdon, Kathy Davis and Paul Clemmons; and her friends, Robert Powell and Annie Little. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; her nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to Project Sweet Peas in Huntsville, Alabama.
