He is survived by: his father Kenneth C. Franks, Jr.; his stepmother Rita Franks; his grandmother Patricia Burns; his sister Allison Franks; his stepsiblings, Maleah Moss (Dallas) and Ethan Smith (Emily); and his aunt Cynthia Franks.
