He was predeceased by: his parents, Max Moody and Doris Moody; and his brother Rusty Moody (Becky). He is survived by: his wife Yvonne Moody; his daughters, Serra Ellis (Justin) and Nicole Perkins (Eric); his brothers, Allen Moody (Agnes) and Bret Moody; and his grandchildren, Haley Creel and Makenzie Perkins. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
