She was predeceased by: her husband Rufus H. Kelley; her daughter Glenda Mae Proctor; and her parents, Barney Parrish and Minnie Bell Parrish. She is survived by: her children, Lowell Kelley (Theresa), Dianne Craft (Rick), Danny Kelley and Charlotte Cantrell (Darryl). She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, and 8 great-great-grandchildren.
