She was predeceased by: her husband Kennis Coleman Sharp; her parents, Wylie Edward Hammonds and Thellie Mae McCafferty Hammonds; her daughter Debra Diane Behel; her granddaughter Carla Daphne Behel; her daughter-in-law Sarah June Sharp; and her brother-in-law Billy Littrell.

She is survived by: her children, Coleman Ronald Sharp and Brenda Abernathy (Donnie); her sister Bonnie Littrell; and her grandchildren, Kristy Sharp Gargis, Christopher Sharp (Sarah), Kenny Abernathy and Cortney Hunter (Greg). She is also survived by Great grandchildren; (4) great-great grandchildren.

A graveside service was held on Monday, November 10th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Pettus Cemetery.
