She was predeceased by: her parents, Vernon Phillips and Doreen Phillips; and her sister Brenda Phillips. She is survived by: her children, Tammy Brackin, Patrick Smith and Michael Varner (Linda); her siblings, Linda Wiley (Jimmie), Vernon Phillips Jr. and Terry Steven Phillips (Sheila); her grandchildren, Seth Brackin, Brooklyn, Ashlyn Smith, Tymothy Johnson and Madison (Ryker Varner); her great grandchild Oliver Brackin; and her pet Max. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren and great grandchild.
