She was predeceased by: her parents, Carroll Colton and Lucille Colton; and her brothers, Dean Leroy Colton and Clifford Lee Colton. She is survived by: her husband Marlin Duncan of Florence, AL; her daughter Jessica Thompson (Eric) of Macon, GA; her granddaughter Carys Thompson of Macon, GA; and her siblings, Betty Burns of Muscle Shoals, AL and Victor Colton of Muscle Shoals, AL. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, May 13th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM at the Colbert Memorial Chapel (700 US-43, Tuscumbia, AL 35674). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, May 13th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
