With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mary Joan Jones of Florence, Alabama, who passed away on September 19, 2022 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Bill Jones; her son Kembrel Jones; her parents, Alene Smith and Horton Smith; and her siblings, Tommy Smith, Eddy Smith, Jamie Smith, Richard Smith and Martha Jean Smith Barnett.
She is survived by: her children, Pamela Jones Tyner (Kevin) and Rex Jones (Leslie); and her grandchildren, Barrett Jones (Katie), Harrison Jones (Julia), Walker Jones (Caroline), Katherine Tyner, Chase Tyner and Cannon Tyner. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren, and a number of nieces and nephews.
