He was predeceased by: his parents, Wiley Davis and Anna Lou Callahan Davis; and his siblings, Geneva Willingham, Ruby Michael, Mamie Lou Clark, Olavee Payne, Bill Davis and Gary Davis.
He is survived by: his wife Carolynne Parrish; his children, Jason Davis of Florence and Miranda Buttram (Brook) of Killen, AL; his brother Donald "Butch" Davis of Tuscumbia; his grandchildren, Ryan Davis, Ethan Buttram, Evan Buttram and Charlie Buttram; and his great grandchildren, Chason Davis and Addie Davis.
