He is survived by: his children, Janet Posey of Gainesville, Georgia, Carrie Simpson (Bill) of Huntsville, AL and Michael Posey (Sasha); his granddaughters, Harper, Eleanor and Fiona of Millbrook, AL; his brother Richard Posey (Nancy) of Brentwood, TN; and his cousins, Knox Longshore of Johnny Posey, C. W, Rebecca Bradley and Sara McDonald. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
