It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nell Hamilton of Florence, Alabama, who passed away on September 27, 2022, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Nell Hamilton to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Marvin Moomaw and Bessie Moomaw; her husband Herbert Hamilton; and her siblings, T. C. Underwood, Marvin Moomaw, Jr., Agnes West and Deedie O'Steen.
She is survived by: her sons, Herbert Hamilton, III, Mark Hamilton (Martha) and Bryan Hamilton (Brenda); her grandchildren, Jenilee Ross (Eric), Craig Hamilton (Jennifer), Laura Holland (Denny), Matthew Hamilton, Samuel Hamilton (Katie) and Andrew Hamilton; and her great grandchildren, Beatrix Hamilton, Faye Holland, Dorothy Holland, Goldie Hamilton and Harriet Hamilton. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
