She was predeceased by: her parents, Orlan Brooks Fulmer, Sr. and Rosie Guthrie Fulmer. She is survived by: her husband Ronald Dale Ellis; her sons, Rev. Chad Ellis (Sheri) and Justin Ellis (Serra); her grandchildren, Maddie Lockmiller (Kirk), Timothy Ellis and Haley Creel; her siblings, Gary Fulmer and Drusilla Ross; her niece Veronica Metcalf (Durrell); her nephews, Nathan Fulmer and Tyler Fulmer (Maggie); and her grandchildren, Tai, Nga, Mai and Dan Pham.
