She was predeceased by: her parents, Mildred Evans and Charlie Murphy; her siblings, Anita Murphy, Jimmy Murphy, Roger Murphy and David Murphy; her grandson Zachary Childers; her children, Leigh Ann Urrutia (Alex), Anthony Childers (Christy), April Puentes (Mike) and Hope Luis; her grandchildren, Ryan Childers (Courtney), Regan Childers, Trey Beahm, Chase Childers (Tara), Andrew Puentes Carter, Christopher Murphy (Liz), Annalia Murphy and Portia Simpson; and her great grandchildren, Azara and Alahni Nalls.
She is survived by: her friends, Patricia Hill Woodard, Tina Logan Olson and Lonnie Baker.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 5th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Morrison Funeral Home - Florence (12081 State Hwy 20, Florence, AL 35633). A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, October 5th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
