She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Roberts and Winnie Roberts; her husband Avery E. Allen; her son Conrad Allen; and her aunt Fredia Boyd (Jimmy).
She is survived by: her daughters, Jacquelyn Alissa Allen and Jennifer Dawn Jarmon (Corey); her grandsons, Christopher Allen Jarmon and Robert Avery Jarmon; her great grandchild Aria Dawn Jarmon; her siblings, Joyce McDonald (Wesley) of Spanish Town, Phillip Roberts of Sidney Australia and Carlton Roberts of Melbourne Australia; her siblings-in-law, Annie King, Mary Cole, Barbara McDaniel, Joe Allen and Herchial Allen; and her uncle Jimmy. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
Because Phyllis suffered from a rare illness, the family has requested that in lieu of plants, contributions be made to CurePSP to fund much needed research and treatment for this devastating disease.
