He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Preston Reeder and Laura Perritt Reeder; his grandparents, Homer Linden, Loula Paulk Reeder, Otho and Laura Daughtry Perritt; and his uncles, Otho and Fuzzy Perritt.
He is survived by: his sons, Preston Linden Reeder Jr. (Virginia) of Mobile and Perron Achorn Reeder (Lindy) of Florence; his sister Laura Reeder Carroll of Huntsville; his grandchildren, Mason Perron Reeder, Evelyn Louise Reeder, Mary Martin Reeder, Preston Linden Reeder III, Madeline Drew Reeder and Dorothy Margaret Reeder; his nephew Timothy Linden Carroll of Columbia; and his aunt Noel Perritt of Florence. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, August 29th 2026 from 2:30 PM to 3:30 PM at the Williams Funeral Home (1950 Helton Drive, Florence, AL 35630). A memorial service was held on Saturday, August 29th 2026 at 3:30 PM at the same location.
