She is survived by: her husband William Winnes; her children, Ricky Howard, Shane Howard, Heather Peters and Bridget Howard; her siblings, Bobby Hill, Edith Arcese, Diane Hill, Lynda Behel and Jacqueline Hill; and her grandchildren, Rickey Smith, Kayla Gibson, Candace Lawley, Alyssa Gibson, Dylan Howard and William Howard. She is also survived by Great-grandchildren.
