He was predeceased by: his parents, Sidney John "SJ" and Mary Volin Fulmer; and his sisters, Baby Jean Fulmer and Joan Fulmer Clingan. He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Mundy Fulmer; his children, John Fulmer (Nikki), Pam Fulmer, Robbie Williams (Nathan), Beth Henry (Russ), Deborah Anderson, Cherie Kitchens (Joey), Rene Monfort, Melissa Bates and Angela Stevens (Colin); and his sisters, Joyce Morris (Sammy), Judy Clemons (Terry) and Janet Gean (Dale). He is also survived by 18 grandchildren; and 21 great-grandchildren.
