He is survived by: his wife Louise Burbank; his children, Roger Burbank (Shirley), Dale Burbank, Chris Burbank (Amy), Sonya Burbank, Janice Mansell (Bobby), Karen Piazza (Charlie), Linda Burbank, Amanda Parrish and Becky McGee (Chris); his grandchildren, Patrick Burbank, Dustin Burbank and Tracy Mansell; his great grandchildren, Anna and Elizabeth Mansell; and his siblings, Burl Burbank, Jackie Burbank, Larry Burbank, Martha Lee Pigg, Patricia Thompson and Tonda Tyon.
