He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Shirley Liles Hines; his son Jared Hines (Allison); his siblings, Wayne Hines (Becky) and Jayne Dial; his daughter-in-law Tammy Harvey; his grandchildren, Trevor Hines (Alida), Ansley Hines (Eli) and Keeton Hines; his great grandchild Harvey Hines; his parents, Tommie Lee Hines, Jr. and Wylodean Lefan Hines; his son Marlin Hines; his brothers, Dewayne Hines and David Hines; and his brother-in-law Donnie Dial.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, June 24th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Shiloh Church of Christ (2605 Co Rd 344, Florence, AL 35634). The lying in state was held on Wednesday, June 25th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Wednesday, June 25th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Shiloh Cemetery Fund.
