He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Glasscock and Marjorie Glasscock; his sister Elizabeth "Libby" McDaniel; and his grandparents, Sam, Beatrice Hudson, James Fletcher and Ada Glasscock.
He is survived by: his wife Lorraine Glasscock (Glock); his daughters, Dr. Leigh Seamon (Jason) and Krista Glasscock; his grandchildren, David Seamon and Samantha Seamon; his friend Davis Hughey; his brother John Glasscock; his uncle Jere Hudson; and his siblings-in-law, Patricia Bailey (Dick), Bill Glock (Sharon) and Pelter "Mac" McDaniel.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 6th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Williams Funeral Home (1950 Helton Drive, Florence, AL 35630).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Grace House Church, 389 Seville Street, Florence, Alabama 35634, or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, designated in memory of Sam Glasscock.
