He was predeceased by: his parents, Riley Curtis and Nolie Staggs Curtis; his grandchildren, Cabrielle Curtis and Makenzie Curtis; and his brothers, J. B. Curtis and Ronald Curtis.
He is survived by: his wife Glenda Curtis; his children, Casondra Jordan (Buddy), Sanford L. Curtis and Shawn T. Curtis (Linda); his grandchildren, Morgan Hill (Preston), Amy Curtis and Christian Posey; and his great grandchildren, Riley Hill and Gracelynn Posey.
