She was predeceased by: her parents, John Hale and Bertha Hale; her son Barry Terry; and her siblings, Verdis Hale, Glovis Hale, R. H. Hale and Vertie Eady.
She is survived by: her children, Scott Shapley (Patricia), Ronald Terry, Lonnie Terry (Brenda), Shawn Shapley and Valerie Jordan; her brother Dub Hale (Betty); and her daughter-in-law Alice Terry. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 36 great grandchildren.
