She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Leon and Cecil Newton Jordan Barnett; and her siblings, Bobby, John Arthur Barnett, Betty Traylor, Frances Dennison and Margaret Lynn.

She is survived by: her daughters, Lisa Martin Blansett of Florence and Renee Martin McCluskey (Jasen) of Tuscaloosa, AL; her grandchildren, Jared Martin, Madison Blansett, Gunner McCluskey and Marti McCluskey; her great grandchild Olive Martin; and her siblings, Madoline Thurn, Marie Posey (David), Grace Wilkerson, Ernest Jordan (Jeanette) and Morris Jordan.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Library Fund at First Baptist Church of Center Star.
