He is survived by: his wife Pamela McMinn Lipe; his children, Kimberly Dawn Jones and Brian Keith Lipe; his siblings, Elizabeth Anne Magee and William Murray Lipe; and his grandchildren, Megan Lipe, Sara Lipe, Jesse Jones and Thomas Jones.
