It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thurman O. Howard of Florence, Alabama, who passed away on December 28, 2022, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Thurman O. Howard to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his wife Helen Hill Howard; his parents, Hosea Howard and Ester Howard; and his siblings, Velma Inez Sparks and Cecil Howard.

He is survived by: his brother John Howard; his nieces and nephews, Barbara Colburn, Kim Hill, Glenn Sparks, David Hendrix, Stewart Hill and Jeff Hill; and his close friends, Joanne Shaffer, Bobby, Helen Brown, Mickey, Sheila Campbell, Sarah Hester, Teresa, Tim Burns, Paul, Cheryl Newton and Rocky Beck.
