He was predeceased by: his parents, Curtis Butler and Careen Butler. He is survived by: his wife Dixie Phillips; his children, Melanie Butler, Curt, Kelly Butler and Cory (Ashley Butler); his grandchildren, Ava, Camron, Kenzie, Cooper, Bella, Izzy, Daniel and Beau; and his brothers, Jerry (Ann Marie Butler) and Joey (Belinda Butler).
