He was predeceased by: his parents, Horace Sartain and Loretta Sartain; and his sisters, Betty, Barbara and Elaine.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra McKee Sartain; and his children, Melanie Marsh (Craig), Ray Sartain (Kim), Patrick Sartain (Nancy), Shawn Sartain (Cassandra) and Alice Parrott (David). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
