She was predeceased by: her parents, Sam B. Cannon and Elizabeth LaNeave Cannon; and her siblings, Roberta Cannon Bevis, Coy Rice Cannon and Lacy Calvin Cannon.
She is survived by: her husband Wayne Brown of Florence; her children, Linda Brown Dollar (Stephen) of Vidor, TX and Howard Wayne Brown (Jada) of Birmingham, AL; and her sisters, Nina Rhodes of Florence, Mary Olive (Jerry) of Berry, AL, Anne McMillan of Florence and Jean Phillips of Florence. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to North Wood Methodist Church, Florence, AL where she was an active member as long as her health allowed.
