He is survived by: his son Kevin; his daughter-in-law Dionne Breazeale; his granddaughters, Kade Breazeale (Mason McCormick) of Muscle Shoals, Alabama, Alexis Breazeale (Quaide Mitchell) of Birmingham, Alabama and Brynn Breazeale of Birmingham, Alabama.; his great grandchildren, Delilah and Swayze McCormick; and his brother Tommy Breazeale of Portland. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
