It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wanda Ruth Rowland Perkins of Florence, Alabama, who passed away on March 3, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, J. B. Rowland and Ruth Rowland; her husband Jesse Perkins, Jr.; and her son-in-law Ronnie Staggs. She is survived by: her children, Wes Perkins (Samantha), Donna Staggs, David Taylor (Tina) and Norman Head (Sharon); and her grandchildren, Ayden, Max, Levi, Mason Perkins, April Walker, Jennifer Staggs, Amy Keeton, Timothy, Tiffany, Tabitha Taylor, Christopher and Anber Walker.
