He was predeceased by: his parents, William M. Alexander and Roberta Ward Alexander; and his former wife Emily Hodge Alexander. He is survived by: his wife Bette Lynne Alexander of Florence, AL; his children, Allyson Martin (Burt) of Houston, TX and William Alexander (Jennifer) of Franklin, TN; his siblings, Gail Buzhardt (Joe) of Bolton, MS and Joel Alexander; and his grandchildren, Laurel Fitzgerald (Zack) of Lexington, TN and Austin Alexander of Franklin, TN. He is also survived by nine nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, expressions of love and sympathy may be given in Bill's honor to Highland Baptist Church or the Florence Lauderdale Public Library.
