He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Holtkamp and Beverly Holtkamp; and his sons, Shane Holtkamp and Matthew Whisman. He is survived by: his wife Lisa Holtkamp; his son Todd Holtkamp; and his siblings, Harold "Henry" Holtkamp III and Dorothy Lee Jeffrey.
