He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Bill" Hallmark and Emma Jean Hallmark; his sister Linda Hallmark Meek; and his brother-in-law Marvin Meek. He is survived by: his daughters, Kara Hallmark-Grubbs and Amy Hallmark; his grandchildren, Allison, Haley, Hayden and William "Riley" Grubbs; and his sisters, Janet Lammers and Carol Henley. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
