She was predeceased by: her parents, Frances Eva and Albert Jesse Jones; and her siblings, Reba Thompson (Hollis) and Marvin Jones (Theda). She is survived by: her husband Gene McDaniel; her daughters, Desiree South (Jerry) of Florence and Sonya Miller (Dan) of Peachtree Corners, Georgia; her brother Galon Jones (Nell) of Atlanta, Georgia; her grandchildren, Clint South (Toni), Ashley Murray (Eliot) and Chrissy Moorer (Tyler); her great grandchildren, Harris Murray, Chandler Murray, Dean Murray, Carter Moorer and Ava Moorer; her stepgrandson Brian Knipper; and her stepgreat-grandson Coleton Knipper. She is also survived by several loving nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be sent to The Alzheimer's Association or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
