She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Manson Behel; her parents, Edward Ivy Harper and Virginia Gladys Eley Harper; and her brother Ivy Mark Harper. She is survived by: her children, Keith Behel (Glenda), Kerry Behel Garrett, Kraig Behel (Rita) and Kaycee Behel Jenkins (Eric); her grandchildren, Haley Crowell (Zack), Emma Kate Brown (Alec), Mikayla Behel, Maria Behel and Kyle Jenkins; her great grandchildren, Mayer Crowell and Serin Crowell; her brothers, Larry Harper and Dan Harper; and her friends, Dr. Tim and Pam Ashley. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Killen Church of Christ (1572 US-72, Tuscumbia, AL 35674). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 11:30 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 12:30 PM at the Tri-Cities Memorial Gardens (2601 Florence Blvd, Florence, AL 35630).
