He is survived by: his parents, Robert Marks and Debra Marks of Florence; his daughter Addison of Cherokee; his sister Alyssa Sutherland (Dylan) of Jackson; and his nephew Anthony Marks of Shawnee. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
