She is survived by: her brother Shelly Saranthus Jr.; her sister-in-law Amy Long Patton (Thomas); her sibling's children, Margot Carson Patton, Ian Long Patton and Tres Saranthus; her great-niece Josie Saranthus; and her close friends, Lou Ausman and Bridgette Dixon Rider.
