He was predeceased by: his son John Landon Kaiser. He is survived by: his children, Darren "De" Paul Kaiser, II and Mary Skyler "Sky" Kaiser; his parents, Henry Kaiser and Vicki Kaiser; and his siblings, Danny Kaiser (Caline) and Denise Posey (James Keith). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and many other loving relatives and friends.
