He was predeceased by: his parents, Ivey Nelson Sanders and Mary Christine Thomason Sanders; and his sister Debra Lanier Sanders (Jim). He is survived by: his wife Linda Lockridge Sanders; his brothers, Tom Sanders (late Karla), Mike Sanders (JoAnn) and Bill Sanders (Kristi); his children, Cory David Sanders and Shelly Sanders Yingling; his stepson David Scott Denecke (Shauna); his granddaughters, Olivia Yingling, Avery Denecke, Morgan and Madison; his parents-in-law, Ruth Doughty (Tim), Carolyn Adkins (Charlie), Robin Powell (Mark) and Deborah Chavez; and his cousins, Jim Thomason (Nelda), Carole Woods (late NW Green), Joy Smith (Larry), Carter Gamble, Terry Gamble (Jenny), Beth Poetz (Bill), John Manley (late Betty), Sonya Garbe (Ken), Jack Thomason and Wesley Thomason. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, friends.
