He was predeceased by: his father Charles Benjamin; his son Donald Edward White; his great grandchild Evelyn Grace Kubicz; and his siblings, Myrtie Ard, Reldie Weaver, Helen Boehm, Thelma Lott, Velma Pearson, Judy White, Alton White, Dewitt White and James "Buster" White.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Evalyn Runyan White; his daughter Gloria Kucera (Mitch); his grandchildren, Gerald W. "Jared" Hughes III, Jodi Hughes and Jasmyn Kubicz (Stephen); his great grandchildren, Layla Anne Kubicz, Jackson Lee Kubicz and Weston James Kubicz; and his brother Richard White (Carolyn). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations to the Silverhill Veterans Memorial Organization, P.O. Box 94, Silverhill, AL 36576.
