He was predeceased by: his mother Bertha Ramer Phelps; his grandmother Minnie Phelps; and his brothers, Danny and Steve Phelps. He is survived by: his father Daniel "Feathers" Phelps; his wife Anita of Foley; his daughter Pam Fulcher (Kerry) of Paducah, Kentucky; his granddaughters, Zeta of Jacksonville and Jadra of Paducah, Kentucky; his stepson Jason Moore of Bay City, Michigan; his nephew Jason Phelps of Metropolis, Illinois; and his pets, Bailey and Annie Minnie.
